Nomad coliving

Nomad Coliving in Montreal is a unique and welcoming community designed for individuals who value flexibility, creativity, and meaningful experiences. Our project started in 2016, and the first location officially launched in 2018, becoming the first-of-its-kind residence for local and international entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers in Canada. Our buildings have been specifically designed to serve the needs of our community, and we carefully select candidates through an application process to ensure that those who join us will benefit the most from the experience. At Nomad Coliving, we pride ourselves on creating a diverse and inclusive community. We welcome individuals of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual orientations, and we strive to create a space where everyone feels respected and valued. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, collaboration, and adventure, offering a comfortable and inspiring environment where everyone feels supported, whether they are seasoned travelers or just starting out on their journey. In addition, a wide range of events and activities, from skill-sharing sessions to outdoor adventures and cultural outings, as well as social impact activities, are planned by the colivers and community leaders. This program provides opportunities to connect with each other, learn new things, explore the city, and make a positive difference locally.
